All sales final, except in the event of manufacturing, processing, or shipping deficiencies. If your return qualifies as such please contact customer service within 10 days of purchase, with your order number, and picture of deficient items, and we will gladly replace your product within 7-14 business days. No shipping charges on returns. If we cannot replace your product due to manufacturing reasons, or product discontinuance, we will gladly issue a full refund in the form the purchase was made, within 7-14 business days. Due to processing constraints, refunds will NOT be issued for reasons other than those determined by Native Atlantic Customer Service to be manufacturing, processing, or shipping deficiencies.
